Due to critical hygiene and safety standards for our global community, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive defective or damaged:

4. Orders and Payment Terms

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

You will receive an order confirmation email. A contract of sale is formed only when we send a Shipping Confirmation email.

• Free Shipping: Available on orders over USD $50. Shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. International shipments may be subject to customs delays, duties, and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
• Process: Initiate a return by emailing [email protected] to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the return. Your financial institution may take additional days to post the refund.
• Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

Non-Returnable Items: Final sale/clearance items, personalized/custom-made products, and hygiene-sensitive Baselayers (as noted in Section 3.2) are excluded from standard returns.
